I work in customer service industry and I have to say this is the worst location I have been too as of late of the Brueggers Stores... 3 people standing around behind the cash register, yet only one making orders. Customer service is based upon meeting needs of those customers and anticipating what needs to be done, if you see a line of 5 people waiting to get something ordered maybe someone should assist the lone employee doing it all... they have on a number of occassions be out of food items to go on a sandwich.. why?? today no eggs in the past they are usually out of sausage..with all the people standing around why is someone not checking on how well they are stocked?? this location sucks

Great neighborhood spot with a friendly staff. Try the smoked salmon sandwich on a softwich (soft bagel that's the size of sandwich bread)

The service here was excellent. I love coming here, not just for the food and coffee, but for the great customer service experience.
