I didn't see any bagels made in front of me, the ones I got were terrible, tough about pulled my teeth out, Thought I'd try something new, well never again! Panera and Big Apple Bagel are so much better, I'd rather pay more for a good bagel, than have to throw out the ones I bought here. They said they'd give me a refund, well I haven't seen it yet! It's not on my card.

I enjoy Bruegger's so much. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best.

Good bagels and soup, however I wish they would bring back the white chicken chili!

+ Watch your bagel be boiled and fixed right in front of you so you know it's fresh.

+ Tastes great & no hard-to-chew bagels

-- Too much ice in my coffee drink. I didn't feel like I got my money's worth with the cup being filled three-fourths of the way with ice. :(

+ Reasonably priced.
