Never liked bagels before, but I tried one from here and was convinced. I have one every day. I love the plain with plain cream cheese. They taste so good they don't need the fancy stuff to make them taste better.

Started going here about a year ago. After a short period of time I noticed that the tip jar was a donation jar for charity on the other side it said tips. I called the corporate office to let them know not too long after that, the tip jar was changed. Shows the intention of the employees. This morning I waited 15 minutes outside while they were getting ready to open at 7. They did not open at 7, and the employees saw there were multiple people waiting outside for them to open. It was very obvious that they did not care about the business or the customers, as they did not show any concern for opening the doors. Both of the employees who appeared to be some kind of managers, decided that they wanted to go back and forth with me about what time they open. Then they told me that they could not find the key to open the door. Then she refused to sell me bagels because she didn't want to. This is the last time that I will be going to this crappy store. Do yourself a favor go to a local bakery that actually cares about their customers. The store is run by somebody who's okay with reverse racism and hires from the bad parts of Nashville. It was very apparent when the lady said "white boy" to me during our heated discussion, they have some racial issues at this location. They higher people that will be working in fast food their entire life with zero education.

Best bagels in nashville, also the closest you will get to a New York bagel, and it's pretty close. Get bagels here at least once a week. The cinnamon sugar is really good if you want to mix it up.
