A real bagel finally. A kettle bagel

I had to say my order 7 TIMES, because the two people preparing the bagels continued to talk back and forth with each other, not paying attention to what they were doing or to me (the only customer in the shop). I had ordered 3 bagels, and even after confirming, reconfirming, and reconfirming ("what cheese do you want on this one?" "Cheese only on one of them..") I got home and only one of the bagels had what I wanted on them and could be eaten. I am so frustrated, I will not be going back there for a very long time. It was clear neither of them wanted me there disturbing their peaceful time without customers.
