Had lunch today and the staff was great in suggesting the breakfast brisket. Well proportioned sandwich. Clean place and friendly staff.

They seem to always be out of something. Obviously bad management, bad hiring, etc. I have yet to receive an order that just went like it was supposed to. Coffee is usually burnt. Also, very overpriced. Better off going just about anywhere else.

It's an OK place, but really not that good price or quality wise. I think this place has become a local favorite solely based on location.

My wife and I stopped in this morning with my two small children to grab some breakfast. My older son just started 1st grade and we were on the way to school. The workers seemed to be in a good mood but the young lady helping us, I believe her name was Sara, was above and beyond. She was patient and helpful, even when my wife stopped mid-order to deal with my younger son. She suggested the Black bay, or something like that it was great. My wife ended up just getting a bagel with cream cheese but really enjoyed the strawberry cream cheese Sara suggested. We did have a little wait at the cash register but I didn't mind waiting after the great service, I even left a tip. Keep up the great work Bruegger's, we'll be back soon.

We had just moved to the area and this was our first time at brueggers, it is likely we will not be back, and it's not bc of the food. My food was good, I got a toasted sesame bagel with garden veggie cream cheese, simple enough. My boyfriends food on the other hand, terrible. He got the egg and cheese sandwich, and she didn't even toast the bagel. The girl who made our bagels, her name was Sarah, clearly did not want to be at work that day and it showed through the way she made our food and her overall unprofessionalism. At one point she made a sarcastic comment when he was deciding if he wanted lettuce and tomato, there was no one behind us in line and she only gave him a split second to decide before she said "or not." Sarcastically. Before we even began ordering she made rude comments toward her coworker who was busy portioning out meats. We just wanted to get a nice breakfast before work.
