Not sure why so many people don't like this place. Maybe our tastes in bagels aren't very sophisticated.

We get breakfast bagels on the weekends. The orders are always right, and delicious! The staff work fast, but there can still be a wait due to the number of people in line.

Food:

Avoid Bruegger's if possible. I thought it was just one store that change their menu and actual bagels, but we tried another store this morning and it was as bad or possibly worse. They got rid of probably half their selection and clearly changed their bagel recipes as they are now extremely blan and dry. Quite possibly now the worst bagels I have ever had. Target brand bagels are better.

My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and two wheat bagels with honey walnut cream cheese to go. He got home and the bagels had pink tasteless cream cheese on them.. When I called to verify that this was not the honey walnut cream cheese the girl said if you bring them back we will give you one for free. I said so I have to drive back and then you will reimburse us for the cost of the 2 bagels and give us 2 more for free? No she said, we will replace them for free. ?????? She then went on to say that they were very busy and short staffed.. This is not good customer service.

Food:

Manager is a very nice friendly guy. He generously spotted me a "free bagel" when I forgot my wallet one morning and he recognized me as a regular. Made my day! Service is fast and employees are hard working when I am there in the mornings before work. Best "breakfast-on-the-go" in my opinion.

Food:

Breakfast bagels are now consistently hot with the oven they use. Nice improvement. Good manager who demonstrates great customer service for his employees to follow. Way to go!
