12/13/2015 7:12 pmGood sandwich but disorganized and unprepared on a Sunday at 1:00. No salmon prepped, untrained employees making sandwiches, more experienced employees obviously frustrated by the lack of prep down to no quarters in the register. And every single table and chair within view had crumbs on them. The owner needs to get a handle on his store! |

03/26/2013 7:43 pmTalk about sloooooow service. These people need to learn to multitask and be efficient. I don't understand how I wait at least ten minutes weather there is one person there or five...lots of employees just standing there doing nothing or waiting for something when they could be helping the next customer. They are also very inconsistent with their combo deals, some bend the rules when I get a signature sandwich, some don't, bad business. I once complained to customer service via email and got a bad attitude in response. Way too expensive for such a hassle. |

10/20/2012 6:33 pmI just have to share a scene I witnessed today at this location. Some friends from out of town were meeting us here for breakfast with their two little boys. The manager (I didn't catch his name but he looked a little like Rick Bayless) went out of his way to make it a special day for the two boys. He gave them free cookies (with parental consent) and even made a special batch of bagels to show them the process -- explaining each step and making it entertaining. I didn't think things like this still happened -- especially at franchised establishments like this one. If you're reading this Mr. Manager, this display was the textbook definition of exemplary customer service -- thank you! |
