Love the food, hate the new management.
Stopped here for breakfast, two bagels a regular drink, regular coffee. The man claiming to be training to be a new manager placed a regular drink and a small coffee in front of me.
The sizes run Small, Regular and Large.
The manager in training then told me that the small is the regular and continued to argue with me about the sizes.
He then poured the small coffee into what he claimed was a "medium" cup and gave me a lot of attitude in doing so. I took the cup and walked away.
My girlfriend who went the other way for her soda then witnessed the wannabe manager mocking and laughing with the customers at me as I walked away.
UPDATE: They fired that guy.

Nothing like Einstein bagels but they had their own flair. Will not be going back though.

Very quick and efficient service that comes with a smile. I recommend the bottomless mug to everybody - you would think I own stock in the company.

Food prices did not match posted prices. When I asked about it, the cashier just shrugged and said that the prices must have changed. Very poor customer service.
