09/08/2013 5:44 pmI love these guys. The bagels are always good and they always work really fast to get it to you, which is good because most people need to get to their morning classes. The people behind the counter have always been really friendly to me. Will keep coming here every morning. |

09/28/2012 11:16 amI love Bruegger's. I've visited almost every one of them in Raleigh. However, for the longest time, I haven't visited the Hillsborough location due to bad experiences. These days it is convenient to go by there more often, so I have... and I've been disappointed every time. |

11/12/2010 5:38 amI am particularly fond of a good bagel and cream cheese and, frankly, any hot liquid that tastes of coffee and will frequent the local bagel shop. In north Raleigh, I gladly became a regular at the Wakefield Commons Breuggers and was delighted at the expedience and service level offered there. However, this Breuggers leaves a bad impression every time I visit. The fact is, I WANT to like this store and wouldn't mind returning, but the service has reached a laughable and uncomfortable, glacial pace. Furthermore, the employee preparing my bagel isn't typically fond of listening to my order (particularly the part when I say "toasted"). I can look past such miscommunications, but my last experience gave me the opportunity to watch an eager, attentive young man being trained by a senior employee. Her tone was condescending, impatient and barking. This does not seem like a good working environment and in turn, breeds bad service. All in all, if I leave the establishment and get exactly what I paid for and it tastes the way I expected, I'm satisfied. Service is a luxury, but it sure is a drag to walk through the doors of a place like this. |
