Good food. Not the best employees or building.

Since Bob Burns retired this store has hit the skids. Staff appears to come to work with no motivation, no smiles. The last two times I went in around noon they were out of everything AND plain and said they were done baking for the day. NOON! Sad state of affairs. No bagel shop should be out of, especially, plain bagels at noon. The unsold would be sold half price the next day or could be donated to shelters.

Great staff! Everyone there is -very- friendly and make each customer feel at ease. Their iced coffee, however, is awful.
