I really love bagels, and in this place are delicious!!! The bad thing: the customer service is horrible! The girl who attended me was moody and even rude. It's a shame, I really love this place...

Good product, a bit expensive. If there is a line it moves r e a l l y slowly, and don't expect any friendly, encouaging looks or words from the staff.
