06/26/2015 3:21 pmThe mussels were great, some of the best I've ever had. We also ordered one of the cheese plates, which was pretty substantial. Crostinis, mustards, olives, pickles and grapes. The cheese we ordered was described as funky and earthy...and they didn't lie, it was an interesting taste. |

05/17/2015 8:01 amWe came to Brugge for a friends birthday dinner, we called ahead to reserve a table and it was worth it as it was pretty busy. I ordered the Steak, they don't mention sizes on the menu, but the Steak and Eggs version (cheaper) is about half or at least 1/3 smaller than full order of steak. It was cooked and seasoned very well and covered in a huge pile of perfectly cooked and seasoned french fries. They do fries and they do them very well. |

04/15/2015 9:59 amHad a terrible server named "Bes" that ignored us upon the hostess seating us, and then proceeded to argue with us over whether or not the hostess had told us to sit where we sat. He continued to tell us he saw how it really happened even though I'm sure after he talked to the hostess and she told him that she told us to sit there he felt pretty dumb. I love the beer and the food, however the server cause this review to be a 2 star. He has longer almost black hair and glasses. I suggest you change servers if sat in his section. If he is so petty to argue with a customer, who is to say he wouldn't spit or do something else lewd to the food. I will not be returning until he is no longer employed there. |

02/15/2015 1:23 pmSo disappointing! I heard about this restaurant and I thought it would be at least ok. Not even... Fries were not good, steak was not tasting good, mussels were ok, but why the hell putting the bread inside the pot (chewy!!!), crepes were... how to say?... awful especially for the price (they actually don't worth a penny). Service was well below average. We will never go back to this 'restaurant'. |

01/13/2015 9:29 pmCalled ahead for a 2-top, 730P, on a Friday night. I walked in at 730P, and was sat immediately ahead of all the walk-ins. My date was naturally late, but I was greeted with kind service and served a cool dubbel to keep me company while I waited. Service was amazing throughout the meal. I tried the Provencal mussels. They were excellent! The large selection of broth offerings has me wanting to go back ASAP! I think I'll try something spicy next! The beers are Belgian and the food is delicious! I recommend! |
