We used to eat here all the time as kids. Today I brought the wife, kids and in laws. Worse mistake I've made in a good long while. My father in law damn near needed a chainsaw to cut his steak. Mine had no flavor at all. I always order my steaks the same, rare. My steak came out grey on the outside burgundy on the inside, no blood no juice. And had the texture of chewing wet cardboard. Absolutely awful experience. And to add a little more insult when I sent the steak back and asked for a refund they still charged me for the salad bar and baked potato. Even though I handed the girl a clean salad bar plate and a baked potato that hasn't been touched. Sadly to say my favorite child hood restaurant will never get another dime from me nor will I ever darken their doorstep again.

People can say bad thing about this place but I can sure say it's the best steakhouse in Lubbock and no one has the best salad bar and the price is right love this place

My Mom and I went to have lunch. We both ordered the ground sirloin. My Mom took a bite and there was a hair in the meat. We told the staff and they didn't believe us. We tried getting our money back and they said we ate some of our good already. They never even apologized.

Great steaks they cleaned up the place and opened they front so it let's in more light not dark anymore. Salad bar was well stocked and clean. I've been coming here since I was a kid love this place.

We were driving through town and thought based on the reviews that Bryan's Steaks would be a great place to stop for a nice Texas steak. We were wrong. I could not get over the poor texture of the beef, the salad bar was downright depressing, and we didn't even get the food we ordered. I thought I would at least enjoy the soft-serve ice cream, but it was also disappointing. We rely heavily on these reviews, so I thought I would set the record straight. This is a cheap (poor-quality) buffet.
