Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Anaheim, California Restaurant Details

Food:

This is the best Bubba Gump location. Me and my fiance' have always had great service and the food and drinks are amazing. We went to the one at the Universal city walk in Hollywood and the service was terrible, so we never went back. We have a Landry's select restaurant card and it's a great thing to have. You get a $25.00 reward that's put on it when you sign up and every year around your birthday, you get another $25. You can also accumulate points everytime you use it at this restaurant and all the others that are listed and when you get 250, you get another $25.

Food:

We got seated right away. The staff was amazing. Our server was Phillip who was great always a smile on his face. Took great care of us. The food and cocktails were fantastic. Best we've every had. Definitely going back!

Food:

In an area that seems to be renowned for quality of customer service, Bubba Gump's displayed over two visits a very high level of professionalism and courtesy from ALL the staff members, regardless if they were waiting on you that night or not. You would expect this in a high-end restaurant like Morton's, but BG's could very well be an employee feeder for higher-end restaurants. Kudos to the management for maintaining a high standard of conduct and team-building, it was very evident throughout my visit. I even directly complimented the manager on duty, which from his reaction seemed somewhat of a pleasant anomaly (having managed a restaurant I understand the rarity of receiving genuine compliments from clientele). Whether you like the West Coast spin on New Orleans cuisine or not (and for the most part I do), you can't beat the positive, welcoming energy of the staff here.

Food:

Good staff, decent food, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. 20 minute wait turned into a 70 minute wait. We waited 35 minutes outside then another 25 inside as we saw new group after new group seated ahead of us (some smaller, some larger, some the same size). Turns out if you have a Landreys (??) card you get priority seating at Bubba Gumps.
Doesn't seem like something Forest Gump would be down with.

Will not be back to this or ANY other Bubba Gump location after this experience.

Great food, friendly service, decent prices. The movie theme is fun and cute, not annoying at all.
