WORST restaurant experience EVER!!! If you're reading this before you go to this place, please take heed to the warnings posted and RUN in the opposite direction. All of the ratings for 1's and 2's are correct, and the empty parking lot on Sunday evening should have been a big hint. Summed up, dirty plate at table, small booth for 9 people (really in empty restaurant), watered down $13 drinks, waited 50 minutes for cold bread, 75 minutes for food which ended up being watered down Alfredo fettuccini (sent back twice, still inedible), sour tasting broccoli, watered down seafood meal (returned), cold trio fried plate, watered down spaghetti (even with extra meat sauce), waited 90 minutes for Penne al forno (only edible meal). Finally walked up to manger, Jim S. wearing a chef jacket and his explanation was watery Alfredo was from water in broccoli (duh, try draining it first). We paid $124 for a horrific meal, rude service (Krystal-took smoke break –smelled it on her), incompetent manager (Jim S), and heartburn city. Stay away and save your time, money, and belly!!

Do yourself the favor and keep on driving. The service was not that bad, but the food was terrible! I mean horrible. My broccoli smelled like stinky feet, my fettuccini was sooo dry. I tried speaking with the manager "John" and the waitress said she told him twice to come see us, but he was to busy to come and discuss my concern. Do yourself the pleasure and go to the Publix deli.

The service and quality of food was HORRIBLE!!! We asked for the manager and 20 minutes later the manager "John" never came to our table. Beware! Don't go to this restaurant. Please do yourself the favor and choose something different. I don't care if it is the Waffle House, go there.

Food was awful!!!! I did not like this place at all. Manager was not accommodating and the service was mediocre. I love Italian food but this was terrible. I will never go back to this place again. Do not recommend it at all.

They walk you through the kitchen. Its like walking through Italy itself. The food is amazing. 5 stars isnt enough to rate this place! Amazing! Friendly, felt like home, so inviting, warm and did i mention the food was Amazing!
