Overpriced. They always try and sell you cheese bread for $12.
Other than that it gets busy and parking is a pain. I'd rather go to one of the smaller places around here and get better food for the same price.

The food was great! I have been maybe 5 or 6 times I've never had anything that wasn't great. And the waiter and waitress are always friendly and helpful. Lots of fun.

Maybe because I'm not that big of a pasta fan, but this place doesn't have much that I would crave and go back for. There are a couple things that i do like there: the seafood pasta and the eggplant Parmesan. The calamari is also above average.

Met a few friends here for dinner last night. This was my first time trying Buca and have always heard great reviews of the place and their food.

We called ahead and got a reservation and was seated within 10 min of arriving. They chose to seat us in a back corner among a VERY large group that was filled with mostly teens and a few parent chaperons off to the side. Let me just say, ear plugs would have been nice and a conversation where screaming wasn't required would have been ideal. It was nice to not have to worry if our children were being to loud as they had that covered but it would have been a little thoughtful to maybe place them by themselves and not subject other customers to their rudeness.

The food: We had ordered the Chicken Carbonara, Chicken Parmigiana, Mixed Green Salad, Mini Meatballs and the Penne Arrabbiata. The salad was brought out first, the greens were awesome and crispy but lacking flavor when it came to the dressing. After waiting a good 25-30 min from the time the salad was brought out, the main dishes finally arrived. It looked amazing! Sadly, I can't say the same for the taste. The Carbonara was bland. The Parmigiana chicken had a frozen texture to although the marinara sauce was actually pretty good.

Pros: The servers were great when they attended to us.
Decent Family place.
The marinara and mini meatballs were great.

Cons: The atmosphere was horrible.
The food was far less than expected and extremely over priced (even though it does come family style).

Now I can say I have tried it but will not be a repeat customer.
