Oh boy was this a fiasco. First off I just want to thank our server Anthony. He was pretty much the only good thing about this place.

We ordered our food and waited. Everything seemed alright. Then the manager comes out and says they are out of red sauce... It's and Italian restaurant... How do you run out? We then reciecved our food without red sauce and instead they brought out a huge bowl of Alfredo sauce and noodles. Enough to feed 20+ people... Then they ran out of Pepsi and milk... Overall, I would not request this to anyone unless you want to rely on luck and hope they have the food you want.

I love this Spot! Best Italian restaurant I've ever been to in my life! Definitely a place to check out if you're in the city. I recommend that you come with more than two people because the plates are huge. Definitely worth it

Terrific Italian-American cuisine, emphasis on "American." Don't go expecting a high-end classy environment and authentic gourmet Italian fare. That's not the vibe. The atmosphere is kitschy, a bit over-the-top, and good fun. The food's unpretentious, flavorful, and very satisfying. It's a pretty good value for the large portion sizes and the atmosphere. Go with a healthy appetite and a sense of humor, and be prepared to be submerged in Italian-American iconography. I treat myself to the Buca di Peppo experience at least twice a year.

Have been to this site many times...and really like the the food.

However, yesterday was hell! Not sure what happened-- problems could be seen from the beginning. Older male employee rude to the female hostess-- who was very polite and calm.

We had reservations for 9 people...My guests from out-of-state. But they crammed us in a corner...very uncomfortable...very inappropriate.We tried to make the best of it, BUT....the Service was atrocious...dropped off one basket of bread...and the wait was super long.

Server kept breezing-by pretending she couldn't hear us. She gave us have the spoons needed to eat the dessert....Other guests began whistling to call for server...

When I brought my concern to manager while paying by bill...he told me it was my fault for not bringing "it" to his attention sooner. Wow! No class!

On another note, place was filthy---carpets so bad they stuck to our shoes...YIKES. Needs closed for a big steam cleaning!!!

Management needs fired!

The service is horrible, and the waiter spills water on customers. They served me undercooked chicken. Horrible place to eat... Period. They made it even worse by waiting on Italian sodas for 45 minutes. But gave out cookies and cheese cake. Still bad place to eat.
