Lived there for 4 months. Not great. Not terrible. Friendly staff. Convenient locate.

first off this place is horrendous , very dirty it actually looks like someone got killed in the shower, stains everywhere in the bathtub , sink and toilet .Roaches and loud neighbors who let their kids stomp and yell right outside your room everyday!!! I moved around to a couple rooms just because of loud neighbors constanly fighting and breaking windows. Management did nothing. Gun shots on the regular, wifi so slow it makes the stoneage seem faster. They give a IT number to call for assitance with tv and internet , Ive called this number 10 times and never seen em or was helped with my rooms internet problem ,the internetalways gets turn off randomly constanly due to "tech maintence" or something . The owner is a straight SLUMLORD,

There is something seriously wrong here. Customer service at this location sucks. I was at this location on business, working on a 2 year project and thought I would use this location because of my past experience (GREAT) at other locations, big mistake. I have seen better customer service at dog fights. There front desk employees don't have a clue on how to conduct themselves when dealing with the public. This location should be closed immediately. As I said my project will be on going for the next two years, but I could not stay at this location two months. A front desk person literally threw my credit card at me and the day time manager was stand right there. If you must use stay at a location stay the HELL away from the Forest Lane location.

VERY UNFRIENDLY. Asked about why my electronic keys were not working, and was talked to with a sarcastic tone because I didn't understand what they were saying.
The room was not cleaned, AT ALL. Found children's clothes in the dresser, Marijuana in the night stand, and trash and grime in the corners of the carpet and along the walls. Not to mention the sink was clogged and I had to wash 1 dish every few minutes.
Worst experience ever for a place like this.
Would give a 1 star rating if they didn't have a proper AC unit and clear visual on the tv. Thank heavens the fridge and stove top work efficiently.
