Ordered online at 615 pm. It is now 810. Still no Pizza. 2 stars because they discounted it. They took $5 off and said their driver should be here in 5-10 more minutes. Somehow I doubt it.

If you are looking for the worst Pizza Hut in the Hampton Roads area I suggest the one on Kemps River here in Virginia Beach. I had order pizza online and lets just say estimated time of arrival was scheduled for 12:15pm. After calls and promises made to me the Pizza I ordered finally came at 3:30pm. Ridiculous. Every call I made to follow up to see where it was I was told first that they didn't know where their driver was. The manager then promised to remake it and bring it to me, it about 1:30pm now. at 2:30pm I call back and get placed on hold for 8 mins. I don't receive the pizza until 3:30pm. This experience had me so upset that I refuse to ever put my money towards this location or any Pizza Hut business ever.

I have worked in Customer Service Most of my Life and I also had worked at Pizza Hut when I was in High school and never ever would have my manager allowed this to happen. They put Customer Service at a complete low for me. Thank you Pizza Hut for showing me there are plenty of other options around my area then spending money at your location.

Called to order for a delivery and was put on hold for over five minutes. If taking down a simple order is too complicated for their workers then I can go elsewhere for service. I work two jobs in food and I've never had such horrible service. I pitty the manager who has to tolerate such lazy workers.

I called this pizza hut to place a order to pick up. When I get there the girl said they had no order for me. She then said what number did I call..I said this store ..her resp once was sometimes they send it to the kemspville one.. she made several calls that took 10 mins. Then got off the phone and said well we can make you one that will take 10 mins. Sorry I will take my businesses elsewhere .. I not to hard to please ..but that was the last time I will get anything from pizza hut. They lost my business. I will give it to small pizza places even if I have to pay more.
