09/06/2013 7:29 pmThis deli is horrible. I ordered half a chicken, bacon, and provolone sandwich, on sourdough bread ($5.50). It came out on white under toasted wonder bread. When I asked them to replace with sour dough,a girl came out holding two slices of (what looked like white bread) and told me that what they gave me was sourdough, and that it looks exactly like the white bread except for the edges. She then proceeded to tell me that they taste exactly the same. Um, on what planet??? You call yourself a specialty sandwich shop and you think white and sourdough are supposed to look and taste exactly the same?! It was a completely amateur sandwich that tasted bland and boring. I could've easily made that at home. Picture making a sliced chicken sandwich at home on white bread, cutting it in half, and then charging someone $5.50 for one half. That's exactly what you get at Buffalo deli. They deserve to have the 'New York Style' line stripped from their window. You wouldn't get this bad a sandwich from the darkest, dingiest corners of china town. |

07/23/2010 9:49 pmI don't know about anything else they have here, but this tuna is pretty sad. I could have spent the $10 at the store and got all the same ingredients to make 10 tuna sandwiches myself 10x more gourmet... oh well. |

01/28/2008 2:12 pmI get the debate below. This is not a New York Deli. But short of a trip to New York, that's the cross we must bear in the great Northwest. Actually, I found the roast beef sandwiches uneven, but occasionally quite good, horesradish and all. |
