Overpriced. Loud. Terrible service. Mediocre wings. Not worth a visit.

This place was very good and I don't know about anyone else but I had great service from one of the waitresses. Her name was Myriam I believe. It was pretty dead that night but she kept her composure and offered fast and friendly service. Request her for your next time dining in!

Worst service I've had in a long time ANYWHERE! I got up and walked out with my family after waiting over 10 minutes to even get a drink order, and it wasn't very busy... don't let that girl work during football games on Sunday! The one on Coors is MUCH better!

I got a to go order. When I called the order in, I was told they were out of almost every sauce I asked for. The employee didn't give any suggestions to replace the sauces I had asked for, even when I asked for suggestions. She just sat on the phone waiting for me to make a decision. It was weird. When they're out of something i've wanted at other restaurants the employees are usually knowledgeable about their menu. Not the case here I guess.
When I picked up my order, I was told they were out of queso (that I had already paid for). Even though the employee who helped me in person was nice, all she offered was shredded cheese on top of the fries which I declined. I thought she would've offered to give me a refund on the queso. I have had much better experiences in the past, so i'm not sure what is going on there right now. It seems the staff isn't trained as well as they used to be. Phone etiquette should be a mandatory part of training as well as knowledge of the menu.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I came in on fight night and was told anyone can sit at my table Because they paid a cover charge. Last time I checked you paid $5 to watch the fight not for a seat. I get you have to pay a cover charge, but first come first serve. Also service was awful and slow and wings barely had any sauce.
