01/10/2016 10:25 pmTheir wings are okay but not terrific. I am glad these people cut ties with commercial pitchman Steve Rannazzisi. His lies about being a 9/11 survivor are offensive. |

10/20/2015 2:24 pmTwo family members got violently ill. Usually don't complain I just don't go back but this was horrible. Manager was very nonchalant, wouldn't return phone calls, etc. We will never eat there again. Going to complain everywhere we can and tell everyone we know. What happened to the "customer comes first"? They must have left that part out of the training manual at BWW. Very sad indeed. There are numerous locations to eat and spend our hard earned money. BWW Cypress Texas :( please don't bother. |

04/07/2014 6:39 pmI am writing on behalf of myself, and the group of friends I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with on Saturday, April 5th @ the Citrus Heights location off of Sunrise Boulevard around 5 o' clock. First, I'd like to start by saying, never have I ever not tipped a server in my life. I can tell when a server has had a bad day; I have worked in management at Starbucks for over 3 years and I understand when my baristas are having a bad day and sometimes as a manager you need to ensure your team is leaving their business at the door. However, the service my table received from Meagan was awful. It was very apparent the last place she wanted to be was at work. After being asked the price of a specific beverage that was not listed on the menu, she simply said, "I don't know" instead of potentially increasing the tab by either asking another server or checking on the computer that was two tables away from her. When one of my friends asked her about a few of the sauces, she was absolutely no help; we got the deer in the headlights look. She got my order completely wrong and when asking for a blue moon, she brought out Coors Light. We would have had better luck serving ourselves. She spent most of her time chatting with her friends by the computer located by the bar which was a little frustrating when we were waiting to order. This is the third time I have been to this location and the service has always been questionable. I don't find it too difficult to put on a smile and 'act' like you like your job for a 4-8 hour shift. Another interesting thing I had noticed was, who I assumed to be the manager, younger slim gentlemen in his late 20's spent the majority of his time standing right in the walkway of the kitchen, swinging his keys on his finger and chatting with the "Captain". The servers had to squeeze between him and whoever he was talking to at the time with trays full of food. His arrogance was a joke and unwarranted. Not to mention, every time he passed by our table, he was staring down my friends shirt who was clearly there with her boyfriend. It was disgusting and he honestly looked like he was walking around the restaurant in circles in hope of finding a mate. I guess if I had a manager like that and I was Meagan, I would probably hate being there too. I love going to places where I can have a few wings, a couple beers, watch the game and just relax with my friends. However, Buffalo Wild Wings is the last place this will ever happen again. |
