Not sure why I keep giving this place a chance...let's start with the decor--the carpet is FILTHY, the inflatable basketball and football has at least a 1 inch layer of DUST on it (and these hang over the tables, mind you). I even asked one time if they ever take them down to clean them and the server looked at me and laughed like it was a joke--I wasn't joking! Now on to the service...HORRIBLE!!! We usually go during lunch, when there isn't a crowd and since there isn't a crowd, we expect to get in and out fairly quickly....WRONG!! There are about 20 people working during that time, the place isn't crowded but it still takes at least 1.5 hours for food. Why? Because everyone is just hanging out!! Getting refills or the check at the end of the meal is just wishful thinking. Everybody acts like you are inconveniencing them if you ask for a minuscule amount of service...like I said, not sure why I keep giving this place a chance. I wonder if the management reads these comments???

Terrible service. Slow and with a bad attitude. Everything took forever. And they weren't shorthanded, the employees were just hanging out. Food was cold. Wings were hard because they were so cold. If you get Carmen as a server, just leave. You are in for a terrible night. Will not be back.

Id rather go hungry. The food was cold. The service was as bad, if not worse, than any place I have EVER been. I have eaten at the BWW in Tuscaloosa and in Birmingham and always enjoyed my visits. This location will not be list if place to return to. Here's a quick story of how the meal ended.....when our waitress FINALLY brought the tab, I handed her a $100.00 bill to cover a $45.00+ tab.....and this rude little brat proceeds to inform me (in a very intelligent manner) that...AND I QUOTE..."dey ain't gots change fa dat up der." I then informed her that either she could come up with change, or I guess the meal was going to be on the house. She got me. Oh yes sir, she definitely got me. When my change arrived, it was (2) $5 bills and all the rest in ones......all of which she got NONE of. If you do decided to make the trip to eat here, please remember......you were warned.

Don’t be in a hurry to leave...trust me, you won't be able to. It will take no less than a hour to get your cold, stale food. To make matters worse, there's a 95% chance that the retards working there will mess up your order. Avoid this place like the plague!

I have quit going to BWW on Vaugn Road - I gave them every chance to get it right because I love wings but the wait staff is rude crude slow and indifferent to any and all customers except ones that are their friends that come in. The food here is bad as well - they precook a lot of wings and keep them in warmers instead of cooking them fresh - terrible - they should fire the entire staff and start over from scratch - or close it down and build a Taco Mac.
