Buffalo Wild Wings, Indianapolis, Indiana, Family Style Restaurant Details

Food:

I really wish 0 stars was available. When I ordered I was told 10 mins just to get the wrong food. I waited for it to be corrected running late I didn't inspect my food thoroughly. When I got to where I was going I opened it to realize there wasn't much sauce. When I called to let them know I was told the cameras would be checked and she would get back to me. No apologies, didn't say anything that made me have any faith that it wouldn't happen again it was all my fault for not checking. Asked me 20 questions, when I ask for corporates number I was told there are no numbers and I needed to go to the website. When I asked for her name she lied and wouldn't give me a last name. The rudeness of only the manager has made me want to spread the word to never come to this restaurant ever even if just to pop in and out.

Food:

Great food. Somewhat slow service... the thing about b dubs is that there are places that don't specialize in wings, that still make better wings than b dubs. *cough cough* Applebee's. However, due to the large assortment of flavors for the wings, Buffalo's Wild Wings is a great choice to dine in for people on a medium/strict budget.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Take out order was over 45 minutes late, I stood in the store waiting for 45 minutes and they didn't even offer me a drink. I ended up in the emergency room with E-coli 3 days after, if only I could prove the E-coli came from this restaurant.... This place is a disgrace and upper management needs to step in and clean up before they kill someone with food born pathogens.

This place is bad. If you order by phone you might as well go to another bdubs it will take about 1 hour for them to get your order. THEY LAZY AND RUDE

Ok so we had 4 people. Our waiter promptly got our drinks and brought them. After that we waited 20 min for him to come back and take our order. We place our order and 50 min later here come our lousy ass food. It looked like it had been taken out of a dumpster and put back on a plate. We all ask for fresh food and requested to see a manager. Well here comes the big bad manager brittney, she really loves her job *ha*. We told her how bad the service was and she acted like it was our fault. She was rude and smelled bad too. Anyways she took the food back and brought out all of our food in literally less than 5 min. Im confused why we waited 50 min and got our second serving so fast? Horrible service and management. Ps. Im typing this on the toilet cause i think they poisoned my food and gave me the squirts.
