We've been coming here off and on for 8 years. As Blue Jays fans, it's kinda hard to find places that will play the games for us, but Jujuan behind the bar noticed our Jays hats, discreetly pointed to his and smiled. After that, we knew it was going to be a good day. The game was protected in front of us and we had amazing service. When we had to duck out in the 5th inning, we were almost to our car when Jujuan rushed out with our take-home food I had forgotten! Wow. Incredible service that we've never experienced before all thanks to Jujuan!

Food:

I called to order take out at 11:22PM. They answered after 5 minutes of ringing. FINALLY! I thought. They put me on hold for 20 minutes until I finally hung up the phone. I know they close at midnight, but not at 11:20PM. They put me on hold on purpose, hoping I would hang up. I drove by and they were completely dead! I am extremely disjointed because they are the only ones open near my job and my cafe is closed! I understand how they expect to make money and keep customers if they ignore them!

Food:

My partner and I have been coming to this location for the better part of four years. Tonight was the first time I've ever felt disgusted by the food I was eating. Place was slow to start and picked up as it went. We got our usual: Chili Con Queso to start, regular wings (in Asian Zing and Mild), water and tea. The Chili con Queso wasn't even lukewarm when we got it. My partner's wings were chewy and mind tasted old. Both of our sauces tasted off. The final straw was my last wing tasted so awful I had issues swallowing it. We understand that the wings are prepackaged and frozen but our wings tasted as if they weren't cooked for the right time.

The only saving grace was our server Emily. She told us it was her third night on the job and she did an absolutely wonderful job. She was pleasant, attentive, and understanding of our issues.

We will be back, but hopefully this won't be a repeat.

If I could rate @ 1/2 star I would! Tried to go one afternoon and the doors were locked @5pm on a Friday!!! I could clearly hear people inside.

Bad management. Went to place a to go order. I wanted 40 wings, and they have a 40 wing option on the menu. Just what I was looking to get. Luck me. So you get a choice, traditional or boneless for the same price. Now, if I can get 40 boneless or 40 traditional for $29.99, why cant I get 20 boneless and 20 traditional for $29.99? Seems pretty reasonable, especially since I only wanted 2 sauces. The cashier rang it up and it didnt come out to that. So I'm asking why? Her response is, I will get the manager. He comes out and says I cant do that. I ask why? He says It's one or the other. I say, you are right. You either want my business or you dont. He lets me walk out. My family and I buy wings at least once a week. We wont be back, and thats unfortunate, because we really liked this place.
