Currently rated as the worst location in Indianapolis. Service was great, food was below standard. Wings were not fully sauced and rubbery. I'll probably avoid this location in the future. The one on 146th is much better.

no hostess as there usual is at bww. sqt myself at high top by the bar. wings came out cold and sauce was luke warm. its like they put warm sauce on cold wings. sent them back, new ones came out very crispy and smothered in sauce. like they put cold cooked wings back in fryer to warm them up them smothered them in sauce to cover up the over cooking. i travel almost every week and i make a effort to stay close to a bww. very disappointed in this location. not like it was busy, a monday night in cold January and i counted 9 patrons total at 730pm. server did well, showed concern and checked on me regularly.

The food was bad and the service was horrible. I fell on the floor due to a misplaced seat cushion on our bench. I had to go find the manager. He apologized, asked if I was hurt, and promptly returned to whatever he was doing before. This was a bad experience. I tried to leave a complaint on the BWW website and found that the store I visited in Castleton isn't even a choice for their stores in Indiana. I will avoid Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.

Fantastic! Great service at every one I have been to. Defiantly go on Thursday! I always get 30 boneless and take some home

I've been to several BWW's and this is my worst experience. Although the place was pretty empty today, it took at least 10 minutes for me to get my Pepsi after I ordered it. My friend had never been to a BWW until today and she asked if she could sample a few sauces. Our server Rickey (or Richie?) gladly got us samples, but didn't bring our sodas until way AFTER the samples. The whole point of sampling is to have something to wash it down with if it's too hot. Honestly, our server didn't do a very good job and I wasn't impressed.
