Buffalo Wild Wings, Lincoln, Nebraska Restaurant Details

Food:

Bad service, we sat for awhile waitress forgot what our order was, didn't write it down, came back twice to ask what we ordered, brought out food forgot the whole order, took forever to get two DRINKS! Do not recommend, highly recommend Tanners instead.

(Seriously just don't bother) Visit on 11/6/15 I don't do this very often but this was the worst service experience I have ever had in my life. We were seated and we had no service. Not kidding, no service. We waited for about 25 mins until the manger came and asked if we have got our drinks. No we haven't seen anyone. The table next to us had the same issues. The manger said he was going to get our waitress and some waters. We wait another 15 mins no waters (on the manager) but did have a waitress come. We gave her our order for drinks (40mins in). We waited another 15 mins and nothing. She looked straight at us.... We had it at this point and a group of 5 of us got up and left....left. We were all saying "we have never had to leave a place because of the terrible service". We headed down the way to Tanner's Bar and actually had service as well as great food. Hard to say it but I will honestly never eat at a Buffalo Wild Wings again.

I always like to go there for ufc fights the service was horrible she gave me 3 checks before I was done I find that highly rude I will not go again at all

I've given this restaurant two chances about a year apart. Both times, the service was horrendous. We were seated, ordered and spent 30-40 minutes waiting for our appetizers and food. No check ins from our waitress. No one stopped by to refill drinks. No apologies for the super late food that was cold anyway. Honestly the worst service I've ever had. Waited forever for checks. Seriously, this place is not worth your time or money. You'll et better service at most McDonald's.

A couple friends and I visited this facility on January 12, 2014. We were extremely disappointed in this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. We got seated right away but sat for 8 minutes without getting our drinks or even being greeted by our server. At this point I was getting a little upset to say the least. I got up and went to the front counter and asked an employee (employee-1) if she knew who our server was and explained to her we had been setting there for 8 minutes and still had not yet been greeted. Another employee (employee-2) behind her yelled in back to someone letting them know they have a table and as I walked away employee-1 huffed at me and shook her head. I walked back to the table to join my two friends and we were greeted shortly by (employee-2) who said she would get our drinks and then our server would be with us shortly. After we received our drinks we waited another 5 minutes and was greeted by the server who was named Keegan. He was serving two tables (1 table of 4 people, 1 table of 2) behind us, one of which sat down 5 minutes after we did. Basically the service was terrible. I will not being going to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Asking for your own drink refills over and over gets a big aggravating as well. I was a waitress and bartender for over 6 years in both Georgia and Nebraska, and I cant believe this issue is being overlooked!!
