Their regular wings that are supposed to be their version of buffalo wings have a very weird and horrible sauce. The onion rings are okay. Nothing to write home about but at least edible. The wings with their version of buffalo sauce are not. I don't get the popularity of the place except for the sports watching venue. It's a good idea/concept except for the fact that the food stinks. The other part is that they usually have a manager that is in his/her lower to mid twenties and barely mature or responsible enough to know how to deal with customers. (they have a strike against them to start with because of the horrible food) The other employees are usually teen aged and generally do not care about customer service or have a clue about what or how they're supposed to conduct themselves. It's especially frustrating trying to speak to them about the problems we encountered when they don't have a clue what they're doing nor do they care. It's not a job to them but rather a venue to put themselves on display while they try to hook up. Clueless employees with bad food makes for a not so successful venture. They need to revamp the way they handle the concept starting with the food. Anyone who thinks the food is good or even acceptable doesn't know anything about food and most likely were raised eating fast food and canned goods. Their parents probably have never cooked a fresh meal. Whomever dreamed up the concept had better get a trained chef to clue them in because the food is keeping many people from ever making a second visit. There are too many not corporate owned local wing places that do so much better. You would think they would have good wings since Wings is part of their name. I know I won't ever make another stop in one of their locations even if it happens to be the only thing open. It's that bad.

We were seated right away and got drinks right away, then we ordered the new ghost pepper sauce and the waiter, Reginald, warned us it was really hot. He insisted we try it first, so he brought out complimentary fries and a sample of the sauce. Let me tell you, the Ghost does not disappoint.

Overall, excellent food, excellent service, and usual loud, casual atmosphere. This is B-Dubs at its best.

For a restaurant the has wings in it's name, I was disappointed. The boneless buffalo wings reminded me of a heavily breaded chicken nugget. The hot sauce was just that HOT, no flavor, just burns your mouth. I love hot sauces but I love the flavor of them, any one can make a HOT sauce. I guess it takes a better chef/company that makes on that is hot and has a nice flavor...
