The manaje' stu nasty was excellent in resolving our menial issues with our food, yes, we may have been very needy, as with all guests at restaurants, but isn't that status quo? (Please read above) but yeah, Sam's the bartender treated us well and gave me an assist with his charm and humor to make a grand slam on my first date with the girl I was out with hahaha

On May 7th 2015 I did a pickup order 32(Thai curry, spice garlic, and parmesan garlic) boneless wings but after coming home they seem so dry, I contacted them via phone BEN(their manger offered me free wings) I went back there and picked up another 32 wings for free. One thing I liked most about BEN is he said if you don't get what you need just come back and get them, He gave extra blue chease!!!

This BWW is terrible, we've been coming here for 1 year twice a month and every time we wait for over an hour for our food and we're the only ones there, service is garbage. Its so bad im actually done with BWW altogether, not going to any location anymore.

This is my favorite chain to get BBQ wings, but this location unfortunately is one of my least favorite. Even when the place appears empty, I usually have to wait to be seated. If that wasn't enough, the service is usually slow and it takes forever to get out of here. Obviously these depend on who is working, but I probably will try to avoid this location in the future.
