Buffalo Wild Wings, Milwaukee, Wisconsin Restaurant Details

Food:

My wife and I tried to to enjoy a night out here. We were turned down service because she wasn't 21. They said a parent must be present in order for them to serve us. My wife and I had meals inside bars with no problems at all. Don't waste your time here. Better to support your local wing shops than to deal with their corporate policy b.s. It's just not worth your time. We decided to go to Famous Dave's on S 27th. No age discrimination there, and food was delicious! On a scale of 1 to five stars, I would've given this place a negative 5.

Food:

My family and I stopped to eat lunch after visiting the zoo. Food was good so that received the 1 star. Service however was awful, if not nonexistent. It was not busy when we arrived or when we left, but the whole experience took over 2 hours from putting in our order to getting check. The only reason it didn't take longer was because I went to manager and asked for the check. Would never recommend this restaurant.

Food:

Alot of kids working there in the main lobby talking doing no work at all, none if we're produtive. I waited for about 30 minutes for my food, finally my food arrived. I retrieved my food and proceeded to my vehicle only to find out that my wings had no dipping sauce (Which I paid for) plus wings were not covered in proper amount sauce. They did a horrible job on my food. It was not $35. I you wanna have a great time don't go here! Your Welcome.

Food:

This place does not deserve even one star! I was in there this past weekend and had a horrible experience from the time I walked into the place. I got there and was waiting for a friend so I used the bathroom. I had to walk into 4 different stalls before I found one that was clean enough to use and actually had toilet paper. The toilet paper holder was broken, the soap dispenser was broken, he floors and sinks were wet and gross and when we told the manager the conditions of the bathroom she got an attitude, rolled her eyes and said she already told somebody to clean it up. We asked for a booth and was told the only section open was right by the door and had only high top tables except for a few low tables right by the door where it was freezing cold so we had no choice but to sit at a table with our jackets on while we ate. The place was pretty empty but we still waited a very long time for our food and when it came out the wings tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. The wings were very chewy and none of our food was even hot...just barely warm. The bartender and waitress were very nice but when we complained about the food once again the manager got an attitude with us and did not once ask if there was anything she could do to fix the issues. There was no way with an attitude like that we would trust sending our food back to the kitchen! I will NEVER be going back to Buffalo Wild Wings again! Especially not the one in Wauwatosa!!!

Food:

I had a similar experience as everyone else. Waited over 40 minutes to get our food after the order was taken when the restaurant was nearly empty. Saw other people get their food before me. My order was wrong. The manager said he would discount my meal because it was wrong and then didn't. Beers took over 10 minutes to be delivered. Every time new people came in, the waitress made comments indicating that she was annoyed that more people were showing up. When people did show up, it took them forever to be seated. The hostess was nowhere to be seen. Definitely will never return to this location.
