Food:

More of a sports bar. Pretty crowded and loud. But I'm young. Went there with a couple of friends tonight. I dont remember the servers name but he was hilarious. I couldn't even eat my food because we were laughing so hard. Once he realized our personalities he knew how far he could go with his humor. I gave him a 50% tip (plus whatever my friends gave him as well) because of how active he was. He waited on other tables magnificent just as he did ours. He was very great, and had an amazing personality. I hope the rest of the servers are like him!

Food:

I recommend you only go if Ray the bartender is there and ask for him specifically to serve you.

Food is great, but overall wait service is lacking. We went on a non-busy day and weren't served for 25 minutes--not even a glass of water. The manager that day was not helpful even after informing him of our problem. I think the wait-staff means well, but management falls short.

Last ditch effort we asked the bartender to serve us and he went above and beyond! Ray saved the day for our family, but sadly the lack of organization and motivation of management and wait-staff won't allow us to recommend this place for dining in to anyone.

Since the food is still good you might want to just consider ordering for take-out.

Ray should move on to bigger and better things, but if he stays there he will remain a shining star.

Food:

This place was a bust. My wife and I were initially sat on a high top and weren't greeted for well over 5 minutes before we requested other seating. Several servers were hanging out leaning against the wall chatting during this time. When a server did come over she asked "have you been helped yet". This is an indication of no direction or even a seat map. She did a FANTASTIC job at serving but was set up for failure as she was triple sat while the other servers and managers seemed to be meandering about. Speaking of managers...they looked terrible. Shirts all half tucked not smiling and never did they come by any of the tables. Oh and we were sat across from a 6 top that hadn't been bussed for over 20 min. The layout of the restaurant itself was not inviting nor was it comfortable. I will end this by saying that next time I will drive the extra 15 minutes, and I suggest you do the same.

Overall it was an okay experience but compared to the one I went to near me, this experience wasn't as good. The burger was fine, fries seemed a little hard and the drinks didn't seem strong either. Thankfully it was happy hour so prices weren't so bad. The server was really friendly but was a little slow at first and it was not busy at all.

I wouldn't even give it half a star. Literally horrible. I don't even know where to start. The staff are very lazy and NOT CLEAN. The music is disturbing in every way, they kept playing hard core rock music, very very loud. I'm so sorry to say what I'm about to say but our first waiter had mucus coming down his nose and didn't even bother to clean it so we got up and sat on a different section with another waiter who was fine. I was really disgusted so I kept on saying to my husband we need to talk to the manager but when I saw him, he was a mess himself! Obviously they don't care about customers only money. And the wings were so bad I can't even describe it.
First and last time. I really don't recommend anyone going there. And oh yeah, it was the one on international drive so I don't know about the other branches.
