Was once a loyal customer due to the fact that I work across the street. My last few experiences have been horrible . They've changed staff & the people that they have lack customer service & they don't have a well understanding at all . Due to dietary needs I request no cheese & a very plain burger. For the past three visits my order has been incorrect and when I brought it to thier attention the lady behind the register told me "next I will get it right" she did nothing to compensate my order, and I just threw the food away . $12 well wasted
