Burger was decent. Ok for a quick bite.

I took my family out to dinner sine they helped me with my moving process. Since we walked in and placed our order Peggy (the Manager) decided to have an attitude with us. We placed our order and Peggy proceeded to hand us our cups for our drinks. Now if you look at the receipt you can clearly see it's six (6) drinking cups all medium that we should of received. Instead we received four (4), i let Peggy know we were missing cups and she replied (in a rude toned voice) check your receipt and count the drinks you're suppose to have. I'm sorry but i'm pretty sure i know how to count! So I said out loud to my husband in front of Peggy " yes babe make sure and you count them because we obviously don't know how to count! as Peggy snatched the receipt out of my husbands hand. We got our other two cups we filled up our drinks and waited for our food. We get our order and i ask Peggy for ketchup and she slams the container full of ketchup on the counter so I can help myself. I then ask her for ranch and Peggy proceeded to give me 2 tubs or ranch which she also just through on my plate. I handed out every ones food and we had a number one meal messed up. I took it to Peggy and told her this sandwich was made not to order, Peggy proceeded to say I know there is a plain sandwich on that tray. I 'm sorry that's the second time that Peggy has an assumption that obviously didn't lead her to much! Peggy then said "so do you want me to re-make all of your sandwiches or what?" I said no just this one please! Peggy took the sandwich wrapped it back up in it's wrapper and through it with force in the trash can. I took off to take a seat with my father, two brothers, best friend and husband who were all waiting for me. Peggy then yelled loudly as if the restaurant was full when we were the only ones there Peggy said " there it is". At this time I was very upset and asked her what her name was she said "it's on the paper" I said " no you obviously didn't understand me again i'm asking you what is your name! She then responded with Peggy and my manager is here tomorrow at 9am. This is by far the worst customer service me and my family have ever received. I will stop by tomorrow morning to speak to a real Manager. This is not the end of this horrible experience with Peggy and this Burger King.

I am very pleased with the food I order and I was very satisfied.

The place is a hit or miss as far as service goes. The quality of food is to be expected. I mean it's only fast food. There seems to be a better staff as of recent. Maybe they won't suck as much for a little while at least.

my experiences at this burger king has gotton a whole lot better in the last maybe month and a half.
Before the staff was very rude,
My order was always wrong
They treated me poorly, for their mistakes
Food was not as fresh (wasnt happy about them changing the fry recipe either)
Store wasnt to clean either (can imagine what the bathrooms looked like)
NOW, service has improved SO SO SO much! So, whatever change they made works for me now.
