Lame and unfriendly service. They put a ton of ice in my drink probably on purpose to save themselves money.

The four times that I visited this BK location, I ordered cookies with my meal. The first two times they put NO cookies with my order. The second two times they put raisin cookies instead of chocolate chip! My sandwich orders were also screwed up. How hard is it to remember to put an item on the order in the bag?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BURGER KING ON 6770 N. GLENWOOD STREET, WE LIVE CLOSE BY AND HAVE BEEN THERE 5 TIMES AND HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME, COLD FOOD, TERRIBLE SLOW SERVICE, GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!
