05/16/2014 5:42 pmHaven't had a whopper in 3 years and decided today to get one! The guy working the drive thru window screwed up my order and overcharged me. instead of a whopper with small fries, I came home to find a whopper, jr. with small fries. I can't come back to exchange it since I'm elderly and disabled. NEVER will i go back to this bk on boylston st.shame on you. |

12/18/2011 9:51 pmI was one of three people in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. It took more than 7 minutes to get a Whopper meal. I asked if I could have half fries and half onion rings and the shift supervisor said that was not allowed. I order that way every time I go to BK and this is the first time it was not allowed. Would never return to this one. |
