Ignore the lobby to focus on drive thru. Went next door to Arby's instead of waiting for 4th "be with you in a minute"

I would never work here again...for a number of reasons... bias ,uneducated.&rude... Negative work environment... Hostile managers/shift leaders..leaks in the kitchen... Bathroom is gross... Bi polar district manager... Homeless people asking for money... Manager asking employees to do manager tasks without raise... Not to mention Mexicans hate black people...it's a known fact... Stressful lackluster team. Go eat somewhere organic...not here... Kitchen staff barely changes gloves... Ester was cleaning & then made a burger for a customer...isn't there a hand washing station...? Baaarf...

An employee Steven went above and beyond as a cashier and really showed what good customer service is supposed to look like! We need more people like him!

Food:

Dirty, poor temperature control (is was colder inside than it was outside in the fall weather), and my burgers where not cooked fresh. I hate eating meat from a warming drawer.

The manager screams in Spanish to her workers in front of a crowd of customers.
The manager walks away from issues cursing at you in Spanish.
When I called their corp office hotline and the customer service rep asked me to give my cell to the manager she told me she wont talk to him and walked up screaming at her employee in Spanish.

I came in super happy just wanting to buy food, went to a different location after customer service rep spoke to me for 30min saying how sorry he is for her customer service.

I just moved here from L.A. so don't hold your breath when you feel I am racist what so ever..
Never going back to this location.
