Fries were stale, tasted like they had been sitting out. I'll be going to the south tryon on from now on.

Horrible service on 18 Jul 2014, between 06:45 and 07:15 am. I waited for over 15 minutes to have my order taken. The person taking orders was exceptionally rude and refused to take my order because I asked to have my order taken after waiting for the 15 minutes, I knocked on the counter three time and asked for customer service.

She stated she was the only person there and she was working the counter and drive through. She never took my order, Gwen, the cook, finally came to take my order.

I asked for the manager, the cook pointed to the female who was supposed to be taking orders, stating she was the manager. I asked for the store owner's telephone number because it was not visible on any wall. The cook gave me a non-working telephone number.

The one sandwich I received was good, but the service was extremely horrible!

I ordered the 5 pc chicken pieces and instead of having the bbq sauce in a couple of containers,some idiot slathered a bunch on the pieces,it was disgusting!

Today will be the last time I ever eat at a Burger King. Thank you BK Westinghouse! The food I was served today just ruined any chances of ever wanting to eat there ever again. Nuggets were old not even edible. Same for the BBQ sandwich. What a waste of money and my lunch break.
