Employees seemed bothered that we were there to order food, like we were inconveniencing them. Didn't mean to interrupt your paid social hour. Horrible customer service can ruin any meal.

I hate this BK. It's always dirty. I go to the one in front of Concord Mills Mall now. It is much cleaner and the food is pretty good.

Gross. Easily the worst Burger King in a city of lousy Burger Kings. There is literally no decent place to buy a Whopper in Charlotte any place. How can you sell someone raw french fries? Also, the soda machine is apparently never cleaned, so all of the flavors are mixed together in a disgusting slop.
