Burger King, Chesapeake, Virginia Restaurant Details

Food:

I just left from there on my break n I got a chicken sandwich that I could not bite. My fries were unsalted and old. I talked to the manager n she was rude n unprofessional (the lady with the mustache). THEY ARE ALWAYS SELLING OLD FOOD OR FOOD THAT HAS BEEN SITTING OUT.They tried to do the drive-in window because they want u to just leave instead of waiting in line to give ur food back or complain

Food:

Manger gave me attitude when I came in to replace order that driver through women messed up on. Driver through woman also gave attitude and was completely unprofessional. Manager giving attitude towards a customer is also unprofessional. I am contacting corporate on this location. I was there between 6pm and 6:15pm roughly. Order a Medium Double Whopper with cheese with a Dr. Pepper and a small drink. The order I received was a small Double Whopper with cheese and a small Dr. Pepper. How does one confuse Medium with Small.. they don't even sound the same. Not to mentionot that the burger was OLD

Don't usually come to this location but had faith. I regretted it big time, the service is so bad they let you wait even when there's hardly anybody in there. I should have gone to the Wendys or Mcdonalds near it like I usually do. The one time I went here and it was a really bad experience for me right away. Plus the restaurant and the restroom is dirty. Will never ever go back here guaranteed.

Food:

This place sucks balls! It doesn't matter what you order they will make you pull up and wait. And the burgers taste like they have been sitting for a while. It's the most convenient location for me but I will find another burger king. The service and food is terrible.

Gross!! I had to use the restroom and as soon as I entered, I noticed that it smelled of festering raw sewage. I've never visited a landfill that smelled worse than this. The doors are falling off the hinges, the main bathroom door had a screw that was just itching to drop off and flee this place. They still have the vintage hand driers that gently puff on your hands leaving you with a choice between holding out for dry hands, wiping them on your pants, using toilet paper to complete the hand drying process...or walking out without even trying to wash up. I'm sure the germs would be delighted to be carried out of that place. Either way, I don't suspect the workers would opt to stand until their hands are dry, although in all fairness I haven't actually witnessed a worker walking away without washing. So I can't make accusations.

While I was battling the bathroom issues, my husband was waiting for his food...and waiting...and waiting...and waiting. Three people were served and left before we got our food. But that didn't matter much to me. I had lost my appetite, anyway. This is sitting in a very populated area and there are six people (including us) sitting in the dining room. This place should be shut down so they can concentrate on fixing this place up. They call this place Burger King, but it certainly does not shout out royalty.
