Very slow, including the manager who seemed like she didn't know which way was up. Plus order was wrong

The service was extremely extremely slow. Only got dollar menu items and it took about 10 minutes to process the order. They are very confused in their work. Also, the food isn't that great. Most if the time it's terrible and I have to tell them to remake everything.

Spent over $10.
Food was horrible; luke warm; not neatly made
Everything tasted like old french frie grease
My order was #3 breakfast; cheese bites; brownie bites.
None of it had a distinguished taste (including the chocolate).
It all tasted like OLD FRENCH FRIE grease
