Bullshit service, very rude and unpleasant drive thru attendant. Very upset with the ridiculously unreal service I was provided. And of course, my food was incorrect. I didn't know a rodeo burger came with only ketchup and meat.

Maybe you should follow your posted hours. The food at this BK is mediocre at best, & the employees sloppy. We have never had a good experience here. Ever.

Wow 9:55pm and it is now 10:25pm and still haven't been able to order. Makes you wonder why this BK is still open. As God is my witness this is the last straw with BK. I will never again give them a single penny of my money. Their food sucks ass anyways. Great job BK, way to keep the public coming back.

If I could give this place no stars that's what I would do. I placed an order in drive thru today. I got 2 bacon cheese burgers with a small fry and drink, a whopper combo, and 4pcs nugget. First let me say I work less than 2 mins away from them. The only thing that was hot were the fries and they were salty as hell. I thought my blood pressure was going to start rising. All three burgers were so cold and nasty. The nuggets looked like cauliflower ear that had been beaten and dried. Seems like everything had been made at 10am and it is 2pm now. I also called to the store and asked to speak with the manager on duty and the person who answered stated he was the manager and had just got to work. Not sure why that is my problem. I explained everything to him. All he said was im so sorry about that. Nothing like can we remake your order or how about dessert on us. Nothing! He did say he would speak with his kitchen crew. But the food has been like this every time I've went. I see why there are so many negative comments.

Awful. Can't get an order correct to save thier lives. I thought, maybe, if I ordered a nugget meal, how could they mess that up? Oh, they did. Everything was cold, not just room temperature, but actually cold. What the? One of the managers yells at the customers when they point things out that are wrong. I witnessed it, twice. NEVER going back.
