Food:

Alright, What if you guys were the one behind the counter getting yelled at by rude customers all day when they havent even waited 2 minutes yet. Or if you were the one who just simply grabbed the wrong sandwich on accident and get in huge trouble for it. We try our best. We are not perfect! Most the time when you wait a while we are trying to give you nice fresh hot food cause if we dont you will complain that it is not fresh, then you complain about how long it takes....

Food:

They are SO slow. I waited 25 minutes for my food and then when I got home found out I was missing an item. They are really rude. Absolutely frustrating place

so rude not real food way bad for you never eat there i was sick for days afterward 0 stars deffenetly and they will never change;). i feal bad for people that eat there or like there food. I am a food critic in training i called to tell them that there lucky to be in business by reading there reviews. i was also asking if there food had no artificial coloring or flavoring and they hung up. so clearly they have fake color and flavoring. talk about gross.NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but it really deserves 0 stars they will never satisfy you with there food or service!!! and for sure they should be put out of business. i will never eat there again for there food and service they all need to get new jobs. and always they will mess up your order if i go there again i will for sure be talking to the stupid manager. and i will most likely die or get food poising again !!!!!!

This place is SLOW! Here's how my most recent experience at this burger king went, I wait in line for 10 minutes, once I get up to the cashier to order my food, the cashier says "You have to wait." As soon as I get up to him, then he walks away and about 10 minutes passes before I decided to leave because it seemed the cashier was abducted by a mexican drug cartel and would never be seen again. I went across the street to 7-11 to kill some time and get a drink.

I come back, the place is completely empty and it's just me in there. I ordered my food because my brother gave me money to bring him back home some, it takes them 25 MINUTES for them to make two cheeseburgers and a medium fry. They didn't apologize for the wait, they didn't give me anything as compensation for such a long wait time, the people at this Burger King have little to no sense of urgency or care for their jobs. Except for the female manager that's always working her ass off whenever I go to this BK. I feel sorry for her to have such a shitty careless crew with no work ethic.

Food:

Last time (over a year ago)we went to this BK location it was a disaster. Left complaint and corporate never followed up, obviously it didn't matter.

This time (today) ordered a lot of food and they forgot two items. Have been trying to call but number constantly is busy :(

Gave two stars because the Fish Sandwich and Whopper was good.

BTW: If you complain online expect to waste 20 minutes of your life filling out pages and pages of questions and don't ever expect to get a response.
