horrible customer service from a black male @ 12 noon. The fries were cold am hard my drink had a fly in it to top it off my daughters hamburger had dirt on the cheese. Never going back.

I just ordered food from there today and found hair in my food when i went to take my food back the manager said for all we know the hair is yours well i don't have black hair as a matter of fact i don't have any hair at all so how is it my hair shitty service

Typical BK. Great burgers. Good fish & chicken sandwiches. Horrible fries. Service is sometimes awful. Oh, yea...At this location, shady people are often walking around, out on Broad St.
