Stay! Away! From! This! BK!!!!!

Edit: An Other reviewer said the mexicans are the problem with this BK that isn't true there are amazing Mexicans who work in fast food that I have seen it is just a very unlucky Burger King,,,they always run out of stuff and get my order wrong. I would like to know what is going through the manager's head. Also the regional manager who fires.

P.S. The burger king at North Pointe Plaza will always get your order right and has a very loving manager and it is fresh I get teary eyed thinking of it

1. First time(a month ago): We tried Veg burger for once, and we have been given burgers with burnt patties. when we complained they said their veg patty frying machine broke down, so they cooked this patty in the other patty machine, which was meant for beef & chicken patty. They did refund the money for the burgers after we complained, but I pity for the employees working there...

2. I thought I will give a second chance (Since I loved it the BK, when I was in UK), I had took some coupons and ordered food. Fries was cold and chewy, and the nuggets was cold too... Worst part, I ended up in a ER room for stomach upset and food poisoning symptoms at 230am.

Friendly staff with worst food! Goodbye BK, forever!

I love Burger King and have since I was a kid. This is, by far, the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I feel terrible for the staff who seem miserable. The drive-through takes forever. Food is often cold. I do not blame the staff there, at all. They can only do what they can do but they need some help or maybe some better management. Really too bad.

I went there a second time a few months after I got a crispy chicken sandwich that was burnt to cinder, and ordered a grilled chicken this time around. Well they said they were cooking it and asked me to park. I waited 5 minutes maybe until they brought it out. I got home took a bite out of it, and it was nearly frozen in the middle. The coloring was a bit off too. I called 3 times and the phone just rang and rang. It was almost too white with no grill marks or flavor. Very spongy. There was an incorrect bun put on as well.

The absolute WORST Burger King I've ever gone to. Of the last five times I've gone, I was only able to get a meal once. They are always out of something (chicken nuggets, buns, onion rings etc) and their icee and ice cream machine has been down for at least 6 months. They are also only able to take credit cards every so often, as their "machines are down," which is a weekly occurrence. The ownership and management obviously don't care, and it seems they have little respect for themselves as I'd be ashamed to run a business as poorly as they do. Based on their attention to maintenance, I imagine they rarely clean their equipment as well. Save your money, and go to the Sonic, McDonalds, or Canes down the street, as you'll undoubtedly have a horrible experience at this place.
