I visit this BK every time I'm in Whitehall. The staff is always extremely kind and humorous. I guess you get what you give.

Food:

You gotta wait like 20 minutes and when you actually get the food it's cold. And they always mess up our order. I seriously wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I'm a former employee, and I can tell you that the service sucked as far as employee attitudes, customer service and very poor management. I seriously think they need to be reviewed on their overall service and management needs to be reviewed majorly.

I love BK's but this place is the 7th circle of hell! The employees are incompetent, extremely slow, don't care at all, and ghetto as hell. Expect something to be wrong or missing when you order.
I've been to this place several times over the past few years hoping things would get better. I was sorely mistaken.
There are plenty of fast food places that have their stuff together across Gender Road. Go to them instead!!!

Terrible service. Rude employees. Food was disgusting and cold. And there was a long wait at a dimly lit drive thru order screen. When we asked about a price because the screen was too dark to see,the employee said it was" about 3 something" and then asked if we wanted it or not.
