Dark at 7:00am, I thought it was closed because there were no outside lights on. I took a chance and went inside and mentioned to the lady that there are no lights in the look like is closed she said they had turn the lights off. They might do more business if they look like they're open.

Will never go to this place! Person who was woman taking the order stated she could not here me she stated needed me to go to window so I did then had me wait while she was talking to another employee! So I Honked asked why was she taking so long to take my order! She just stared at me...really really! I just drove off!

Last night, 3/22 11:55 pm, arrived at the drive thru and heard yelling through the intercom mic at the employees.
Waited approx. 5 minutes before I was able to order because of all the yelling.
Waited an additional 15 min. After ordering to see the two grilled chicken wraps I ordered.
Opened the bag and witnessed the wraps.
Absolutely nothing other than slimy cheese and a slab of chicken all wrapped in a tortilla, thrown onto the paper, and folded up.
In a word, disgusting.
Never mind the customer service. If I'm going to wait 20 minutes for two "wraps" I could've made in 5 WITH all the proper ingredients, at least make them the best dang wraps possible. I realize it's not a health food store, but surely there was lettuce, shredded cheese, and ranch on hand.

If you're the franchise owner reading this, Samantha could offer nothing more than an "oh, I'm sorry..." After claiming herself as the MOD. Couldn't get a last name. She refused to give it. I was order number 66 if it matters.
