Worst Burger King in Columbus. This location has been poorly managed and in disrepair for two decades now.

There mens bathroom has been out of order for a month now. There credit card machines has been down for almost a month and a half now. Service is slow.

Tried to give them a chance twice.

On both occasions, they were very slow & got my order wrong. The second & last time I went, I placed my order via intercom & even heard her acknowledge that she'd heard me. When I got to the window 3 cars later, she didn't believe that I'd placed the order although she was the one who gave me the total! lol She said, "Well, I didn't hear you so you'll have to do it again. Please drive back around & replace your order b/c I cannot take a new order without it being done over the intercom." I was in shock! She had me lose my place in line, drive all the way around the building again just to wait in another long line, all b/c she swore she never heard me place my order, although she'd confirmed the total with me!!! I wanted to speak with the manager or ask for a refund once I'd finally gotten my food & realized that she didn't put any napkins, silverware or sauces in my bag, but then I realized that the best response would be to never give them my business again.

I hate to do this, but yeah. This isn't a good location to stop at.

This is one of the worst places to go in columbus they are too slow and when asked ware the boos all that was sais was she in the back...then after 5-10 mins my food was given...good food but needs more help

I went with my family to this Burger King chain and the service here was horrible! My younger sister had just woken up from a nap so she was tired and we trying to ask her what does she want us to order for her, because she didn't want her usual order she gets, which is chicken nuggets. The guy ( his name is Quinn) who was taking our orders was being very rude. He was saying "Oh my god hurry the heck up" to my little sister, who by the way is 6 years old and was her birthday that day. We ignored him and ordered our food, because he was the only person taking orders there, so we couldn't change to another person and we just wanted to get our food and go. We waited 20 minutes to get our food and we finally got it. Everything was stuffed in the bag and Me and my 3 other sisters all ordered different types of burgers for each of us, but the wrappers were the same so we couldn't tell which one is ours.So we went up to that same guy who took our orders and asked politely if we can have 3 more bags so we can separate the food and wont be confused and get mixed up again and if he can help tell us which one is which. He got angry for no reason and started to take our food out the bag and slapping it on the counter in a rude way and angrily and telling us which is ours. After we left the line to get our drinks, another family came up and they to got treated badly like us to. This guy does not how to communicate right with people and if something that doesn't go his way he throws a tantrum like a little child. I will never go to this burger king again even if its close to me. My family loves burger king but we have to drive to one that is not close to us but its worth it because the employes are nice and respectable.
