This location just plain ol' sucks.
The service is horrible, and the food quality is worse.
I waited over 20 minutes for the rest of my order while the first half just sat there, getting cold.
Anything fried tastes like it was deep-fried in used motor oil, and the staff just dont seem to care about service.

I pulled into the drive through and there were four cars ahead of me. 25 minutes later I had finally made my way to the pickup window. I sat there at the window for 5 more minutes waiting for someone to appear, ask for my card, say hi... anything. Nothing. After more than 30 minutes waiting after I ordered I just drove off. The other reviews are 100% right. I sort of remembered that they were slow but I don't go over there all that often so I thought I'd give them another try. Won't bother trying again.

Food:

The people working here, including manager are not very smart at all. They are rude and mean.
I had a coupon for a family meal. The cashier took my order. She charged me still almost the whole price. I complained and she blamed the machine. She said, she didn't do it. It was the machine!
I waited to talk to the manager and she said, the order was fine. That the cheese curds were not included in the family meal. They are on the menu of sides though.
That's why they work there, they won't find a job anywhere else.

Food:

Save yourself the time and money for something more impressive. This store is absolutely disgusting. The food is below average after I waited almost 20 minutes for 2 meals. It would've been also great if my shrimp was fully cooked. Surprising for me supposedly getting "Fresh fried". The service was terrible, beyond terrible. I'm ordering and the worker interrupts me by screaming in my face at someone in the kitchen. How lovely. Might as well demolish this store because that's the only occurrence that something good will actually leave that building.

I have tried contacting Corporate several times with no replies. This store has the worst drive thru service ever. I stopped coming here over a year ago due to this issue. Today I thought I would try it again, and what a mistake. I was the third car in line, the wait was over 20 mins which is just ridiculous and then I get back to work and the order is wrong. With that kind of wait I would at least expect the order to be right. I am so disappointed yet again.
