Sometimes in the drive through they say, "what do you want?" and I imagine that I have disturbed the grumpy troll.

Terrible customer service, they get orders wrong all the time, the manager Robert (think that's his name) is one of the worse managers I've met in a long time, if you did the job right I would possibly give them 2 out of 5 stars. Do not waste your money at this particular location

This Burger King consistently gets orders wrong (ex adding tomato or cheese when it specifically says on the screen not to). Today they "forgot" to return my card at the drive through, I had to ask three times to get it back. When I did get it back they didn't even offer my receipt.
