Burger King Corporation - Stores, Denver, Colorado Restaurant Details

Food:

Half a star. I called them over 5 times no one has answered it went to a fax tone everytime. The ringing was done. AND FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD

Slow service plus their restrooms are locked. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told "you have to buy something first". Luckily I had kept my receipt from 20 minutes earlier.

Went through drive thru... The Intercom was broken, so I followed the sign stating to pull up to 2nd window. Once there, no one was around. I honked and hollered for nearly 10 minutes, but saw no one. I told the employee sweeping the drive thru, she just shook her head and said, "I don't know." I then called the franchise owner's number... That individual seemed unaware and offered no solution.
I will not take my business to this Burger King in the future.

finally got my food and it was cold!!!! after waiting 34 minutes...

Terrible service. Every time I decide to go this location I run into snotty people behind the counter or just plain slow business. This store is filthy. This time I go in today and the little girl gives my order to someone else while I am waiting. She never apologized one time for it and believe me that really upset me! I took the chance of going in there today because I was hoping it was under new management, unfortunately not!

Never will I frequent that store again!
